USPS First Class/Priority mail: $4.95 per shipment if under 6 lbs. Standard UPS shipping rates if over 6 lbs. Usually takes 2-5 days after shipping within the continental US.

UPS Shipping Services: Calculated from UPS shipping tables and approximate product weights. UPS Orders can take up to 6 days to the East Coast. ALL orders with remanufactured cartridges ship UPS OR US MAIL Ground Service.

- US Mail/Priority Mail: Flat rate of $8.95 if under 6 lbs.

$8.95 Flat rate for all shipments under 6 lbs. Shipping Charges for all orders over 6 lbs will be calculated automatically by the UPS server.

$14.95 Flat rate for all orders under 6 lbs.(Approx. 2.25 KG) Shipping charges for all orders over 6 lbs will be calculated by the UPS server.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM are normally processed and shipped the same day. Shipping time is based upon the ship method and the destination of the package. All of our shipments are based out of Southern California.

What is your company's return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, return them within 90 days and the cost of the item will be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please call us at (760) 722-8236 to obtain a return authorization number. We will complete your refund upon receipt of goods.
